Hazard function for a log-normal distribution.

Returns a function that evaluates the log-normal hazard rate \(h(t) = f(t) / S(t)\) for \(t > 0\).

A lognormal object.

Additional arguments (not used).

Value

A function function(t, log = FALSE) returning the hazard (or log-hazard) at t.
